The EASE Program has been providing a full menu of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services since 1984. With over three decades of continuous operation, we specialize in working with small to medium-sized companies that have their primary workforce located in Southwestern Illinois or Eastern Missouri.
The EASE Program is small and we intend to stay that way. In a world where health care decisions are increasingly being dictated by impersonal TPAs or inscrutable algorithms we continue to serve our clients in a personal and attentive manner. We live by the three-A’s: Availability, Affability and, of course, Ability.
